How People with Autism Grieve, and How to Help: An Insider Handbook – book information – Jessica Kingsley Publishers

http://www.jkp.com/catalogue/book/9781849059541

I happened upon this book while browsing the Jessica Kingsley Publisher’s site today and thought, “Who thinks of this?” How many teachers, friends, or even relatives truly understand how someone with Autism grieves? Yet, how many of us would benefit to truly understand how someone with Autism grieves? My guess is: everyone one of us. Few of us don’t know someone with Aspergers or high functioning Autism. This is an especially important work for teachers, counselors, pastors, and employers.
